I have just recently put in this code which takes away the comments module from my myspace profile. the things is that when i get new comments i dont get the little green button which says new comments anymore, instead i have to go to 'view' comments. could someone help, thx!

That happened to me, just delete the code you used and find a different one. It worked for me. :)
