I've been able to visit the blog of others and read the comments but on my blog you have to click comments to see them? Why?
Comments on my blog don't show up under the blog itself. Why?
You always have to click the "comments" link to bring up the comments on anyone's blog unless you are getting to a particular blog entry from a link, such as a highlighted entry (permanent link) that brings you to that entry with the comments already in view.

Go to your settings and set it ''who can comment '' to public
