He makes me sick to my stomach and I feel super uncomfortable talking to him or even working with him. I went to HR and they are in the process of handling it. I dont want to work here anymore if my boss stays. He should be fired in my eyes.I dont want to transfer to another program area since he will still be in my workplace.

What he is doing is sexual harrassment and you did the correct thing in advising H.R., but if it is his first offense, they are not likely to fire him, just put him on corrective action and possibly probation, especially as he is a manager and will be harder to replace.

If H.R. does keep him and you really cannot stand to work with him, talk to them about not challenging unemployment if you resign or asked to be laid off to look for another job. They are not required to do so and if they do gives you the option to move to another location or department and you chose not to take it you may not qualify for unemployment, but they may agree to it.
