I'm curious about the site on yahoo real estate. Has anyone out there signed up with them?, if so, how would you rate the value and honesty of the services that they offer. Anyone have any comments or insight with regard to their business practices?. I am writing this from the state of Oregon, any local comments ?.

Realtor.com is good but I've found REMAX.com to be even better. Often, realtor.com has out-of-date listings that have long been sold. REMAX.com is updated daily. (And it's not only RE/MAX listings; it's all realtor agencies' listings!)

Be wise, don't pay for information you don't have to pay for. Realtor.com is free information and the most up to date. Also, if you're planning to list your home on a free site, don't expect miracles. My experience has been, only inquiries about what my bank account numbers are so they can wire transfer the funds to purchase without seeing my home. Know what I mean? So tread carefully.
If you're looking to purchase, Realtor.com is the most informative and up to date.
