On youtube.com, one of the videos I've added suddenly says "comment have been disabled for this video" and "ratings have been disabled for this video."
I most certainly do NOT want to disable comments... OR ratings!!
How did this happen, and how can I fix it?

Are you logged in? I had this problem so I logged out and logged back in and it fixed it.
Another solution is that they are doing some maintenance on the database where the comments are stored so no one is able to add any comments or ratings until the maintenance is complete.

Anytime you are logged in and view one of your youtube videos, you will get those messages.
The reason is you can not comment or rate your own video.
No one else will see those messages.
