So, to sum my question up:

I commented Alex Evans [yes, the real one] for the first time a few hours ago. He commented back, and asked what was up, blah blah blah. So when I tried to comment him back for the second time, it said: "It seems like you're flooding comments. Give some other people a chance. Try again later!"

Any idea why it's displaying that message?

'It seems like you're flooding comments. Give some other people a chance. Try again later!?'?

Its most likely because he was recieving a lot of comments from other people, along with you.
