I have comments enabled, so people can automatically comment, but there is no comment button, only a add video response button. It does not say comments are disabled, they are definitely enabled.
I saw this on other videos too and I couldn't comment on them either.
This is probably a simple problem but what is going on and how can I fix it?

I think this usually happens when you've exceeded your comment limit. But you can still post your comment by clicking on the "Post text comment" link underneath the "Post video response".
You will be asked to confirm the numbers/alphabets in a small box (to avoid spamming on the site) if you really have exceeded your posting limits.
