There is a skinny layout I really want to use and its not even that skinny, maybe mid-size. The picture comments are resized too small though and even the pics for my friends. Is there a code to keep all the pictures on my page (comment pictures, friends, etc) the regular size? I dont think it would really hurt the layout any. Thanks so much.

Not 2 minutes ago someone told me my belly is so big it seems I have the whole family in there... And the picture is more than a month old!!!!!!!

I had someone else tell me "Wow, did you send your baby the x-box to keep him entertained? You look like you sent him the TV as well".

Just think about this as a temporary state, and people being jerks and not thinking their comments as natural. Don't let them affect you.

Just smile and try not to let it bug you. I had the same experience when I was pregnant with my son. I had to wear maternity clothes at 12 weeks and almost every day after I hit 5 months I had at least one person ask me if I was sure I wasn't having twins. Nope, just one big boy (9lbs 9oz).

I started thinking of it as a game to figure out who would tell me about how huge I was each day.

People can be so insensitive. I had comments like that when I was pregnant with my second child too. I just said "obviously I'm going to have a big baby" and left it at that. As for the rubbing and kissing of your stomach....I would not let someone close enough to do that...just back up and say you are not comfortable with that.

i had someone tell me i looked ready to pop...at 5 months!! i showed very early and by the time i was done i felt like a whale. react with pride. smile. don't let it get to you. try to take it as a compliment. the pregnant body is beautiful! and when its gone you'll miss it. (after a while has passed of course, and you forget all the other bad things that came with it, lol)

as for the rubbing of the belly- i didn't mind if they asked me first. one woman did come up and just touched and boy did i go right off at her!! much yelling from my part- much embarrassment on hers. although it did feel nice to vent!!

be aware that even if you do get the code, people can still see your comments, its very easy. The only real way to make sure someone can't see your comments, is to make your profile friends only, and don't add the people that you don't want to see ur comments.

Ok I want a tiny layout, with tiny tables, and everytime I try to put up a code that has tiny tables, it makes my comments REALLY REALLY wide. There isn't a comment on there that's making it like that, no picture or anything so thats not the case. I tried hiding the comments but the codes I used didnt work. I actually believe those who are shy seem to be more intelligent. I however dont feel intelligence is what decides shyness. I think shyness is a combo of personality, disposition, social experiences, and what not. We all have qualities about us that vary which includes being an introvert or an extrovert. An argument blew up with an Asian colleague, she said 911 should happen all over again to teach the western world a lesson. A couple of days before we were discussing health tourism, I said we should close the borders now, NHS, Education, Welfare, etc couldn't cope and we should look after the people already here. During the 911 argument I pointed out that her comments were racist, she said I was, for wanting to close the borders.

Approx 6 weeks later we had a slight disagreement, (nothing to do with previous comments) next thing, I have been suspended from work, pending investigation into alleged racist comments. Funny thing was I had spoken to my boss less than 24 hours before to complain unofficially, about my colleagues attitude in general which at best is "prickly" and at worst downright nasty. she has apologised to me several times in the past but then behaves in exactly the same way after a short period. I believe she could make things up to make the situation worse for me.

Firstly, make sure that you are not losing a penny and that you are on full pay whilst suspended....if you are not then they are punishing you before they have concluded the investogation whist is unfair.

Assuming you are on full pay, suspension is probably company procedure anyway especially when dealing with a 'people' complaint such as this - they can never be too careful.

If I were you, get hold of the Company policy on bullying/harassement (I'm not accusing you of anything but your colleague may class this as racial harassment, depsite what they have said to you) just so that you know what procedures your company are looking at.

UK law-this would be an internal matter, and legal representation would not generally be allowed at this stage (unless you are a company director or could be damaging to your career - publically), you will be invited to an investigation meeting where you will be allowed representation from either a Trade Union Representative (if you are a member) or a fellow colleague. Make sure that you get everything in writing. On suspension, your employer should have given you a letter stating that you are suspended on full pay pending investigation and stating the exact allegations that have been made against you. At the investigation meeting, take someone with you, a fellow colleage or Trade Union rep, to take notes during the meeting. It will also keep your employer on their toes, especially if they know that you made a complaint a few days before. During the meeting, you will be given the opportunity to read any statements or letters/evidence that they have against you, and make sure you take copies - its your right.

I would also question what they have done about your complaint that you made a few days before....why have they taken your colleagues complaint seriously and suspended you whilst appears to have ignored your complaint. Whether or not you consider your complaint to be unofficial, you employer HAS to take you seriously and should be treating your complaint in the same way as anyone else. If it appears that your complaint has been overlooked then you have every right to say that you have been discriminated against on the grounds of Race - this means that you have been adversley treated because of your race, in other words...because you are not Asian, your unofficial complaint has been ignored.

Other than that, just make sure that your employer follows the correct procedure....there are very strict rules stating the procedure for investigation....and if it gets that far....discipline. Just make sure you are invited to a meeting where you are given at least 24 hours to prepare for, you are given the right to be accompanied, and you have the right to appeal against any decision. Also, although it sounds obvious, make sure that you are very clear on exactly what you are being accused of. Once the internal procedure has been exhausted, then you can go external and consider legal representation, but I really hope it doesnt get that far...

It seems that this is still an internal matter, not a legal charge. In any internal enquiry, you should be entitled to representation from an "advocate", usually from a union or works council, if you have either of these. The suspension is probably just company policy %26amp; procedure - I presume that you're on full pay?

You can go it alone, if you've got the time and confidence to do a bit of homework. Legal representation will be expensive, but better.

Both sides will need "witnesses" - your boss sounds like a good one to start with.

There's a bit of irony here; Coulter, a political opinion commentator, was making a failed attempt at humor. Bill Maher, a political comedian, was simply commenting on his own opinion. (I saw the show when it aired live). Bill never said he WISHED Cheney had gotten killed. Just commented on the if possibility.

Personally, I wasn't offended by Coulter's "other f-word" comment but realize that there exist a segment of the population that would be. Both statements need to be examined in the context in which they were delivered and not blown out of proportion.

My girlfriend of 3 months and I broke up about a month ago. I noticed today that sometime in the past week she went and deleted every picture comment she ever left me on my MySpace. We haven't spoken in the past couple weeks, but to the best of my knowledge we ended on quasi-friendly terms. I'm pretty bummed about her deleting these. We left eachother a ton of snapvine.com voice comments too. I just checked and they were all still there but now I'm afraid she might go and delete those too. I know that, since she left them, she has the ability to delete them as of now from my snapvine page. Is there any way I can make it so that she can't delete them? Or maybe a way I can download and save them as sound files on my desktop? I really don't want to lose them. It's not much but it's one of the few things I still have of her. Thanks.

Senator Chuck Hagel (R - Nebrasksa) has a very long and consistent record of voting conservatively on virtually all issues. He is (like Kerry and Murtha) a Vietnam veteran. Like those two, he thought the lessons of Vietnam would apply to the Iraq debacle and would have prevented Bush from dragging this country into such a long and domestically destructive war effort.

In his comments (in a book coming out today), he said that he has lost virtually all of his good standing within his party, simply because he has disagreed with BushCo war policy. He also says that this country is in desperate need of a third party, or at least independent thinking leaders. He feels that his party and the power-elite in DC are owned by NeoCon / PNAC dominated interests and that the will of the people is not being represented.

I have a lot of respect of Hagel and I think that he is correct in his judgement of the GOP. The real "Republican" philosphy left the party a long time ago. They still try to claim that they are the party of less spending when they have increased spending tremendously in the last 7 years. Hagel is hardly an example of a conservative. He is a moderate, which is to say liberal, although surely not as far to the left as the Democratic Party and its leadership. That is why he finds himself without a party: too liberal for the Republican Party, not liberal enough for the Dems. His stance on Iraq is not the only reason he fell from his lofty perch.

The option to comment on the news stories seems to have disappeared Feb 27,2008. Did Yahoo take issue with the hooker/spammers or did they just drop the ball. I enjoyed reading some of these comments, and I miss them.

I have been watching the horse dancing because the way they train these horses and how they respond is unbelievable. But the comments some people leave very rude comments. Things like "that is abusive" and some people believe they burn the ground in order for the horse to lift it's feet faster. Well then why are the guys standing on the ground? I am just tired of people crtitisizing other people's customs and beliefs. If you really think about it, maybe they laugh at us in how we train our horses. Maybe they think we are the ones abusing our horses. You cant force a horse to do something you want, if you try you will get hurt or killed so maybe they arent forcing their horses, maybe the horses like it, that is what they are bred to do, that is what their ancestors did thousands of years before them. As you can see, this has been bothering me for some time now and I couldnt take it anymore. I am not trying to change people's opinions, I am just letting out anger and its helping

I agree with you, lots of people think that no matter what training you use you are abusing the horse and that is just not true. The bottom line is that you can't make everyone happy so it's pointless to try because no matter what you do it's never enough! The movements that these 'dancing horses' are exhibiting are all about collection. It has to do with collecting the horse, preventing forward movement and exagerating their natural movement. Watch freestyle Dressage sometime and you will see these same movements. Passage, piaffe, etc. The problem you get with some of the foreign countries and even here and the UK are people forcing the horse into doing it before they are ready. I worked with Andalusians in the UK and by the time they were 5, they were exhibiting many of the upper level movements. The horses were stressed and not relaxed whereas in upper level dressage they have to be relaxed. The worst cruelty I have seen is with spurs and the whip. Holding the horse back (collecting) then using the whip and spurs harshly in an attempt to get the movement they want. Some horses like Andalusians ARE bred to have these over exagerated movements. Its up to the trainer to treat the horses kindly and not utilize training aids harshly.

I have been to see the Lipizzaners in Vienna (another dancing horse breed) and they get excellent care. I can tell you that they are better cared for than the majority of the horses in this world. They are also trained to an oustanding degree, which makes watching them amazing. They aren't abusing the animals. I don't know which horses you are talking about, but fire can scare horses into spasms and shock, but I haven't seen anything so I can't judge.

Yeah... basically you have to listen to people who know what they're talking about and ignore people who don't. Animal abuse shouldn't be ignored, but it also shouldn't be assumed that every domesticated animal is abused. Maybe it isn't "natural" for horses to live on good turnout, with clean stalls to be in during inclement weather, and blankets to keep them warm, and people to clean their sheaths and float their teeth and deworm them, and get structured exercise. But if it's bad for horses to be kept that way, it must also be bad for us to live in houses, with clean clothes to wear, and proper medical care, and education, and so on.

In any case- the video you refer to is absolutely incredible to watch. The horse clearly loves what she's doing; it's as obvious as if she were grinning from ear to ear. No horse with that kind of animation is suffering abuse in any aspect of its life. I've met a few abused horses in my time and the difference between them and healthy horses under saddle is very distinct. You can see fear on them from a mile away. By contrast, Matine (the horse in the video) is plainly not working through fear.

If by 'horse dancing' you mean dressage... there is a lot of controversey in that area right now. There is a war going on between the people who believe in the "classical" methods and those who are practicing a newer kind of "modern" dressage.

The debate is heated not because people simply disagree; people are getting upset when they see practices that they feel is abusive to the horse.

The technique most often in question is "rollkur", which involves curling the horse's head in to his chest.

Nowhere in the classical training books does it say it is okay to do this. Many trainers (and experts such as veterinarians) firmly believe this is abusive to the horse because it inhibits his breathing, makes him unable to swallow (hence more foam at the mouth), is painful, and is forcing the horse into submission.

However, Anky van Grunsven does it. (Multiple world-champion and olympic medalist.) So this presents a problem. Many people say "well if she does it and wins, how bad can it be?"

It is an ongoing debate. People get very upset about it because they feel that inexperienced riders who think they are 'trainers' are trying to imitate this technique and unwittingly abusing their animals.

This is a rather different debate than in some other disciplines - for example, Western reining riders might think showjumping is cruel, or vice versa. But the rollkur debate is unique because the Federation Equestre International (FEI) is trying to investigate and get medical opinions on whether this technique IS physically painful for the horse and if they should do anything to curb it, such as disqualifying riders who exhibit this method in the warm-up.

You can actually watch videos of Anky training and warming up on YouTube to get a better idea of what the rollkur is.

I very much dislike it on YouTube when people make nasty comments for no reason, or offer unsolicited advice to people who are obviously skilled riders and have been brave enough to post a video of themselves riding.

However, I must also say that I have seen some extremely disturbing video posted on YouTube and was horrified at the casual comments left. For instance there is a video of a rider beating the crip out of an obviously distressed horse and all the comments are like, "you are a brave rider" or "you showed that horse who's boss!" I have left some strong comments on videos when I witnessed what I believed to be abuse beyond a shadow of a doubt. I don't wish to be nasty, and I doubt my comment will do anything to sway the person who made the video, but when I see something awful, I feel I have to do my part to stand up and voice my opinion, because the horse cannot speak for himself.

you just slide into the seats no bending down.Diesel with a turbo will go all day no trouble we tow a caravan twice a year very good miles to the gallon.A very comfortable ride,easy to park,can't think of anything bad about this car yet and we have had lots of cars in the past,all belts in the back are shoulder belts no lap ones.Oh and if its raining and you stop car the window wipers slow down to intermittent all by themselves.I would say go test drive one or two to see if you like it. good luck.

The petrol engines are good, but the 1.5 diesel is better.

It is powerful enough for overtaking and motorway driving and you still get good fuel consumption from it, about 45-55 mpg depending on how and where its driven.

We have a 54 plate 1.6vvti. Had it from new, been pretty good really. The keyless entry has been a godsend, but try and avoid the soft touch dash controls that come with climate control equipped cars like mine, and instead go for the regular chunky dial controls with normal air con. My display packed up which s a bigger pain than you'd think.

We had a couple of sensors go in the engine, could have fixed them myself (for the sake of an hours work and a 鎷?0 sensor) but car was unde rwarranty. Other than that, the engines been fine. Ours has now hit 64000miles in three years.

It's fast enough, cruising at 80/90 is fine and refined, but overtaking can be a bit "do or die" when you're fully loaded.

Only thing I'd say is that the service intervals are too long, 20k on ours. when ours was running around 18 / 19k it ran like a bag of crud, poor starting and smoked like mad. Got it serviced and it was back to full health. So I'd suggest doing a service maybe every 12k instead rather than the 20k they advise, it's too long.

I'd have ought a diesel but the extra money swung me toward the petrol.

I have a 2.0 VVT Automatic Grand Sc鑼卬ic on an 06 plate, which has two extra seats which fold out of the boot. For a family like mine this car is the answer to everything.

A run to the dump? Fold two seats into the floor and take the other three out.

Kids bored? Tell them to count the birds they see through the glass roof!

Your bored? Stick your foot down and watch embarassed Subaru Impreza owners while you leave them behind.

It really is a sensational car. Nothing has gone wrong with mine in the year and a half that I've had it. It's really comfortable and the 2.0 engine is really quick, the only downside is that I'm averaging 25 MPG! But this is the largest engine in the Sc鑼卬ic range so I can't complain! If I were you, go for a 1.9 dCi diesel. It will have nearly as much power as mine, but will give more than 45 MPG.

The Sc鑼卬ic comes in four trim levels. Authentique, Expression, Dynamique and Privil鐚玤e. Avoid the Authentique which doesn't even get a CD player as standard. If I were you, I would go for an Expression. Yes it's only second model up, but it still gets an automatic parking brake, AC, CD player, automatic headlights and wipers and electric windows all round, plus, it'll be best value. In a moment of madness I actually specified every option in the book so mine has Beige leather heated seats and xenon headlamps, it's fantastic.

The Sc鑼卬ic will be the perfect companion for your business. Ideally, then, look for a 1.9 dCi Expression.

Well, you can download Mozilla Firefox browser and go to View, Page Style, No Style and it will unhide everything that has been hidden or you can get their friend ID and open YOUR "View all comments" page and replace your friend id with their friend id. I've never tried that but I hear it works, Firefox works for sure though! Good luck!

I'm using Excel, and making a lot of comments (the little red triangle) in cells. It defaults to show the name of the user making the comment - how can I change the default text to include today's date?

Alt-F11 to open VBA editor, right click icon on left to insert a module, click the module and on the right blank area add the following

Then whenever you use this key combination to activate the add comment macro the comment will have your name followed by the date.

Don't think you can insert the date automatically, at least I've never managed to. However, if you show the comment, then go Insert - Edit Comment, you can f'rinstance delete the name, type in the date, whatever you wish.

I don't think you can, but you could write it on one then copy the comment onto all the other cells you want the comment in (assuming you haven't already done all the comments) - you copy the cell as normal, then click on the cell you want the same comment in and click Edit - Paste Special - Comments. That would save a fair bit of time, but if you've already done all your comments theres nothing I know of that can change them all.

Go to Tools, Options. In the General tab you'll see, at the bottom a filed called "User name:" Add today's date after your name (if that's the format you'd like).

You'll need to update the date every day that you want to insert this type of comment.

There's probably a vba way to do this automatically, but I'm not sure how.

I agree with the person that gave you the macro code, but I'd do it slightly differently. Here's the code I'd use.

This does two things a little different. The first thing it does different is that it puts the date on the second line. When I tried the one user's code it wanted to wrap the date around because the standard size of the comment was too narrow for it to fit on the first line. So I used the vbCrLf command to enter a carriage return. The second thing I did was reformat the date to the more common US configuration.

There is one thing the user that wrote that code also left out. You need to play the macro for it to take affect. In the Visual Basic Editor screen you will see a button near the top that looks like the play button on a VCR with the little triangle. Make sure you have your cursor somewhere inside that code on that white screen, then hit the play button. That resets the UserName value for Excel. Now every time you insert a comment it will insert your name and that day's current date. You can even close that file and Excel out and restart it and it should still work. Just make sure to replace Your Name with your actual name in the macro code before you play the macro.

i personally have always used the 86, there really hasnt been a difference in models though. the 84 is excellent for your sons level. and as for upgrading, its not necessary. like mentioned before some classes or standardized testing doesnt allow the ti-89 to be used. the school i went to had 83s and 84s available to the students, unless you purchased your own, but we didnt use them until reaching the 3rd or 4th level math class in school (soph available, normally junior or senior year classes).

getting used to that calculator is like touching a computer for the first time, but i sure your son will have it down pat quickly...you can also download additional programs off of the internet onto the calculator. but the down fall, i had games like mario bros and donkey kong on mine... not so good sitting in class... haha... but there are some definately good helpful programs available through the links on TIs webpage.

I think the TI-83 is a great calculator. The 84 is basically the same, just a step up. You really need to read the manual to realize what all a graphing calculator can do. I would even advise that your son read the manual too. But when I was in 8th grade, and you asked me to read a calculator manual, I would have laughed. But when you do read the manual and follow along with examples they show you, it really is amazing how powerful this calculator is. I would stick with this version, because any version above this is not allowed on some standardized tests, like the ti-89 and above (Because these calculators have more functions like symbolic manipulation). I would stick with a TI calculator. I bought a Casio graphing calculator and did not like it. That was probably because I was used to the TI, but still, TI is more common and if he has questions his teachers will probably know more about TI's than other brands. Again, read the manual, the calculator can do alot.

Copy and paste the error page to an e mail to webmaster@youtube.com.Include the time and date that the error occurred.This may just be some sort of software glitch or internal server error.The webmaster can make the necessary adjustments to the software.You could also try disabling your firewalls and trying it but that's a last resort and should be done only when the first option does not work.Also try to see if they recommend a certain browser to view or use youtube because certain browsers may have a conflict with the machine language etc.

Someone emails me on a regular basis, from an sbcglobal.net email address. Each time I respond to this person, I notice that their previous comments have been removed, and only their email address shows, along with my comments.

Also, when this person emails me, their replies are at the very bottom of my replies. Is this normal for people using sbcglobal.net email accounts? Usually when someone replies to me, my comments would be underneath their reply.

We often discuss business matters, and this is starting to make me uncomfortable. Is it possible for someone to remove your(or their) comments, change the wording, and forward to someone else?

Most people do not do anything special.

Some people add their responses to the TOP, so you see it right away.

Some people add their responses to the Bottom, because they have a bizarre sense of order.

But e-mail program settings can CHUCK the discussion. In fact, that wacky AOL service forces the user to HIGHLIGHT anything that they want to KEEP in the reply. I think that AOL is WRONG about this method. It means that you would have to SAVE everything, instead of keeping the discussion going back and forth.

Obviously, I prefer to keep the whole discussion, so it is easy to scroll down to see what was said before. I prefer to ANSWER at the TOP of the response, so the response is the FIRST thing that the person sees.

Also, USE the SUBJECT LINE, so people know that an important discussion is involved in the message, and what it is all about.

Use BCC (blind carbon copy) when using a LONG list, that way, you don't get a free-for-all going. Keep the list private, so someone's infected computer does not get EVERYONE.

E-mail etiquette is important to follow closely. It is best to only tell GOOD NEWS, because bad news is always taken poorly.

Most unprofessional. They'll call you to start the class one day and then when u reach there, they'll claim they never called. Their drivers/ instructors are a group of loosers who spend more time talking on their mobile phones and swearing at the passing traffic than help you learn.

In my case... I registered for a course with them. They have to open a file with RTA which requires you to submit ur passport. They give u a receipt and you take ur passport back within 2 days. Mine never cam. they lost it. callous and negligent.

However, i dont know why some tourists are not satisfied with Hong Kong because of their short stay and met some unhappy experience. Hong Kong is the greatest city in the world! In my opinion, it is even better than New York or Los Vegas. Great food, shopping, night life, great jobs with challenge.

It is a very safe and clean place. As for the person above me, spitting doesn't occur much in HK unless you want to get fined $3000 HK! Clean beautiful MTR and KCR system, an advanced bus system with the Tsing Ma bridge, going to downtown from the New Territories is less than 1 hour!

Also, light rail in Yuen Long and Tin Shu Wai, it is a must see place!

I can talk about HK all day long. Any Hong Konger here should be proud of who they are!!!

The only thing I don't like about Hong Kong is that, I notice that the use of English their is slowly deteriorating... I mean, I don't have problem of finding my way around because most signs in Hong Kong are in English and Chinese, but what really concerns me is that only few Hong Kongers nowadays know/would speak English. If Hong Kong wants to be "Asia's World City" (the government's slogan), then English should be implemented for use, at least as a second language.

But other than that, I totally love Hong Kong! The skyline... simply one of the best in the world! The food is fantastic, the transportation system is efficient, you can scout all day in shopping malls or in night and flea markets... there's so much happening in Hong Kong! And it's true that I am not satisfied with my Hong Kong visit because my stay of 1 week is not enough! I wish I could've stayed longer...

There's good and bads about HK. But since it's negative comments, ok let me tell you. Some of the sales in stores have really bad attitude toward customers. Which isn't a good thing. In addition, unlike USA, customers had to make a first and final decision toward what they buy or order, because there's no such thing as a refund. (unless it is defective when you got it).

DL is the disabled list. It opens up a spot on the 25 man roster so they can call up a guy from the minors to take his spot. He is eligible to come off 15 days after he went on. I think Mauer is probably the best catcher in the game right now. He's already got a batting title and the power will come in time. He's got the makings of a gold glover behind the plate if they keep him there. There has been talk of moving him to another position in the past to try to keep him healthy and not tire him out at the end of the year. The Twins are a good team this year, but they miss Liriano in the rotation. Without him I think they will fall short of the playoffs this season.

1) I cannot access new comments and messages on 360 blog until 9.00 pm. everyday. There is a clock icon on the left and of my screen that has that exact time on it.

2) Each morning I find that a few same old comments appear. and I can't erase them.

3) Sometimes I can click on 'see all'....and then the new ones come up but this also is not consistant.

4) I can send messages and comments to other ppl but can't use the draft section of the message page...or see what I have sent. These applications do not work at all during the day...only after 9.00 pm.

5) There always seems to be an old message stuck in the 'draft folder that I cannot erase.

6) After 9.00 p.m. it seems to 'right' itself somewhat

except for the trouble of deleting the message in the draft folder that just seems to be stuck there.

7) When logging into 360....another page is briefly seen with the number of new messages in it...but then it flicks of just

Excellent work mate. The way you've used the colours and your simple and effective approach for conveying the message is very impressive. Though your work is quite artistic it still is easy to understand for the common man. The only thing I am unsure about is your first design (the hoarding). It is not bad but gives me a feel of emptiness. I am not an artist so I'm not sure how this can be improved but there is certainly some room for improvement. Your 3rd design is very good and I can't spot a problem with. The 2nd one however is perfect in my opinion.

I really don't get this. I enjoy commenting on Times' articles but they never show up on the page. Sometime later, Google may find them in a search. It's not like my comments are offensive to anyone except the writer; usually what tempts me to write is sloppy research and an ignorant or ill-informed opinion. So, when I comment on India Knight's sloppy article on obesity, I'm at a loss to know why my comment doesn't get published but some American's rant against flat rate mortgages does.

TSA was out of line and it wouldn't be the first time, I swear I think they make it up as they go along in most of the airports.

I hate those guys, they're not trained, they're not professional, and they can't actually detect any real weapons if you believe the reports of all the test items going through over and over. The whole agency needs to be tightened up and put on notice to act like they're supposed to. I fly all the time and one of them told me I could bring a gun on board because he thought my PI license was a federal badge! Idiot.

I don't think she really has a case, it was silly for them to ask, but with in their rights... I'd say she should start wearing bioplast nipple rings, it's healthier then metal for you and you don't have these issues.

funny, this is the second question tonight that I have answered by invoking my late beloved friend/mentor Dr. Jim Bly.

Jim was a journalism professor at Northwest College in Powell, WY. He was an incredibly gifted and intelligent gentleman, and what little I know about tact, I learned from him.

The meeting would change, and things happened. On youtube.com, one of the videos I've added suddenly says "comment have been disabled for this video" and "ratings have been disabled for this video."

I most certainly do NOT want to disable comments... OR ratings!!

Are you logged in? I had this problem so I logged out and logged back in and it fixed it.

Another solution is that they are doing some maintenance on the database where the comments are stored so no one is able to add any comments or ratings until the maintenance is complete.

Anytime you are logged in and view one of your youtube videos, you will get those messages.

You are referring to your 360 page profile. On the top right hand side of your page, you will see SETTINGS. Click on it then change the comment settings to Private.

Ok. Not to sound rude, but I prolly will. I use myspace to keep in touch with friends and family. I think I have 83 friends and I'm ok with that. It's not a popularity contest. I put a code on it to have scrollable friends and comments, but it just shows tha friends and comments (without being in a scroll box). I've tried manually putting them into a scroll box HTML, but that doesn't work. What do I need to do to fix it so that they will be in a scroll box??

I've had a photoblog for a few months and I know I've had about 10,000 hits or so, but just 2 comments. I know people rarely leave comments on photoblogs (unless maybe they're your friends). Does anyone have an idea where I could post requests for comments for example, by announcing it on a forum or group without seeming pushy? I noticed that the national Magazine "MAXIM'S" has a photoblog and even they rarely get comments.

Ask for them. You could be amazed. I once had a photograph that had over 100,000 clicks but not a word was said.

Comments are for resolved questions. If you ever want to write an opinion or any kind of response to a question that's already been resolved, there's a button underneath the answer between Email and Save that says Comment.

Even though it's nice to make comments, I think they're barely ever read. If an asker gets a comment to their question, I don't think they even get an email letting them know. ('Cuz really, who goes back to their question after it's already been resolved? lol) Though I guess it's a nice option to have, even if it's rarely used :)

It's more than likely because no one felt like leaving a comment. It happens.

You don't have the link to your 360 page in your Answers profile, so most of us won't be able to view your page = less comments.

If you have a lot of friends on 360, they're the ones who usually leave a lot of the Quick Comments; so it may mean you should get some more (if you don't have a lot).

Here's a nice 360 friends group, they tend to leave a lot of comments (just post a message telling them you're new and if they could stop by your page):

So, it seems that Yahoo publishes these online articles, which will be followed by a "Leave a Comment". The article always shows the first 50 comments that were posted, and while it invites you to leave a comment... it seems like there is no way to see any comment beyond the first 50. Is there anyway of seeing the additional comments, or is Yahoo more interested in self promotion, than in giving people a means for expression of speech?

First, and I think you know, it's far more important to be pretty on the inside than the outside. This totally doesn't mean that you're not pretty. What it means is that they have nothing else to harp on with you so they've chosen this one small thing that they think will make you feel bad and consequently themselves feel better about who they are. It's not that they're unhappy with you, they're unhappy with themselves.

You're not going to change that they do this. What you can do is realize - it's not about you. Don't react really. If your in-law says it again just say something like, "I love your son more than anyone else would so I think he got a pretty good deal" and just let it go. Feel for them that this is the only way they can make themselves feel happy.

All you have to do is change your pass word....

But this happens when you enter you emails and pass

on other sites that are suppose to help you fix your myspce page. So try not to enter your pass and email on anything that looks suspicious. Also make sure that when you sign into myspace you are at the Original myspace sign in site.

You can do this by looking at the address bar at the top and make sure it says Myspace.com not something other. Some sites re direct you to a page that looks just like the sing in page for myspace so you think it is and type in your pass and email and it doens't work thats because that site was created to jack your info. So make sure it says Myspace.com at the Address bar.

Just wondering if anyone knows why comments are disappearing from MySpace pages? A friend posted some funny video comments on mine and now they don't show up. Also, I went to my friends sites and some of their comments are missing too? Its weird b/c MySpace will still display that you have 15 comments...but only 10 or so are actually visible. Does anyone know what is going on?!?

Had there not been so much about that word in the news prior to her making that comment, no one would have thought a thing about it. It's over, it's done, she served her punishment, let's move on.

3. Nobody even thought about it until Sharpton said anything

4. There is no proof that ANYTHING she said was racist

Sad to see that some people will think everything is racist. My tires are black...oh, you're a racist. My Jacket is black....oh, you're a racist. That car across the street is black...oh, you're a racist.

The race card is getting very old. I can list quite a few people who have overused the race card. The Duke rape case was one of many. It's getting getting old and people aren't buying it.

Let it die. It wasn't the smartest thing in the world to say, but I don't believe it was racist in any way, shape or form. All she was saying is golfers don't have a chance to beat Tiger on the course, and she is right.

I agree with previous poster who said not everything is racist and "lynching" does not refer exclusively to blacks. Remember all those old cowboy movies where horse thiefs got "lynched"?

ok, when you go to your profile, on the area to the right where your points here, u click on the link that says learn more, and it gives you tables of levels and points, please look at the table at the very bottom of that page. it tells which level can do how much of each thing. It says "comments" and how many you can post depending on your level. Well i'm lost. Where are these "comments".....i dont see a place to make comments on anything. you obviously don't get points for the "comments" because that isn't in the points table.......but for instance, level 7 can post unlimited amount of comments. Can someone tell me where the "comments" are?

After a best answer has been chosen for a question, there is a place below the best answer (and the asker's comment, if they chose the answer), there is a place to post comments. Usually, the comments are hidden, and you have to click on them to see them.

after a question has been resovlved there is a comment box on the answer that is selected as best answer.. i think that is the only comment box available.
